Description
Evolute, inflated to compressed, with sides parallel as far as inner ventrolateral tubercle, then converging to narrow venter. Ribs weak to strong, branching in twos or threes from umbilical tubercles or intercalated, inner ventrolateral tubercle on inner whorls at least, at which ribs may branch, all ribs with outer ventrolateral clavi, siphonal tubercle on inner whorls at least. Suture with external saddle deeply divided, folioles phylloid or simple and rounded.
