Description

Rather involute, compressed, venter arched to acute, rarely flat, typically with strong, sigmoid to falcoid ribs at some growth stage, single or springing in pairs from distinct umbilical bullae, commonly branching again or intercalated at midflank, tending to disappear on outer whorls of macroconchs, and commonly weak on venter
